This research project concerns innovative, modern concepts for treating chronic wounds through LED- and sensor-supported wound therapy with textile wound dressings. The goal is to increase the quality of life for the affected patients and to save on the costs of Treatment.

Fabian Dippe, a former BIG grantholder, will support Turck duotec’s development work for this project. We came into contact with him via the Brancheninitiative Gesundheitswirtschaft Südwestfalen e.V network.

You can find more information about the project here.

The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research as part of its ‘Bringing technology to the people’ research programme on human-machine interaction.
