Turck extends its production capacity
Beierfeld, Germany (4 July 2014) – Today, Turck Beierfeld GmbH officially opened its new ten-million euro building in Beierfeld in a ceremony attended by Stanislaw Tillich, Minister President of the Free State of Saxony. As a centre for innovation and electronic manufacturing using state-of-the-art technology within the Turck group, the extension to the Beierfeld site will play an important role in future business development.
1. Technology Olympics Concluded!
On 24 May 2014, under the patronage of Turck, the first Technology Olympics came to a close. This event involved pupils from five different schools having to prove not only their practical but also their theoretical knowledge in the areas of physics and electronics.
Sensor + Test 2014
We would like to thank all visitors for meeting us at our fair booth at the Sensor + Test 2014 in Nuremberg. Again, this year we had the privilege to welcome many visitors and to establish new interesting contacts.
6th Innovation Forum for MicroTechnologies
On 29 January 2014, TURCK duotec GmbH was a supporting exhibitor at the 6th Innovation Forum for MicroTechnologies in Villingen-Schwenningen/Germany.
In February 2014, the “SmartFilter – intelligent microsystem for filter monitoring” development project was successfully completed.
Turck duotec has once again embraced customer choice in the vote for “BestEMS 2013”. This year, Turck duotec reached 3rd place in the “Production Technology” category. In total, there were 1,259 voters offering 7,557 rankings of the participating companies.
